Other than character changes, there's a few changes to her powers as listed on her app: First, it's stated that Airgetlam has a passive ability to increase Maria's sync rate with training (described as control of energy vectors - i.e. it innately works to relieve the Gear's stress on Maria as she's using it). This means that her training in-game to this point and onwards would have improved her ability to use her Gear - not to the point of a fully attuned user, but enough that she will be able to use it for slightly longer periods without suffering major damage. It's also shown and stated that the desire to protect someone increases the ability of the Gear to be maintained even in non-attuned users. Secondly, though it is vague, it appears the Ignite Module upgrade was destroyed at the end of AXZ. I will be refraining from having her use it until a new season either confirms or denies this.

There are some significant changes to his appearance/abilities tho, so to go over the major stuff in brief ~~so it doesn't look like I'm just pulling stuff out of my ass~~:

His weird unnamed time travel disease progressed to the point where it (should have) killed him. Instead, using a combination of his timespace-distorting technology and his inhuman capacity for spite, he was able to "deconstruct [himself] to a molecular level then tie his very being to the essence of Time and Space". As a result of this he is no longer "alive" in a traditional sense and is basically immortal. However, his new body is extremely unstable and relies heavily on Dynamo's assistance to hold itself together. While he cannot "die", he can still have his physical body damaged/destroyed to the point where it would count as a death and the setting would revive him (especially if he's separated from Dynamo or loses the will/energy to keep himself together properly).
He can change his physical age at will, anywhere from childhood to his "true" adult form before he stopped aging.
He has some sort of vague memory-related abilities connected to a fragment he apparently found while dicking around in timespace. It's a crystal that contains one of his happy memories. He uses it to cause mass hallucinations and psychological distress. His ultimate skill is literally showing off his sad and tragic past to his enemies until they die I can't make this up.

Add will be going into a coma for the update sometime late May.

We do have a few caveats, since this canon update comes with additional powers:

First, with regards to his body being tied to the essence of Time and Space, the functional immortality/instability with vulnerability to destruction is fine, but he would still experience the same issues with any attempt to escape the TFS-verse dimension. (So, in other words, like his previous body, this one would also disintegrate if he tried to travel back to his home or anyone else's.)
Second, it sounds like the memory-related abilities you're talking about would involve Add's own personal memories and not anyone else's, but as a mind-affecting power this should still have a permissions post.

Power: Calming Voice - Speaking or singing through the microphone will have a calming effect on anything within earshot (or range of the sound vibrations, in the case of things without ears) for as long as the speech/singing continues. The effectiveness varies depending on the complexity or strength of the target - it would be much less effective on gods/shinki (to the point of completely ineffective if desired, since it'd be left up to player discretion if used on other PCs).

She'll disappear the day after the event ends ICly (so January 4th), and return on the day the newcomers arrive (which appears to be January 6th IC) so she can be shuffled to a god.

New Canon Point: Ch. 34, after the El Search Party defeats Rosso.

Ain entered TFS after he committed suicide, but since he is a void entity, he cannot actually die and probably 'respawned' from his central body inside the void. The El Search Party travels through Henir's Time and Space to reach the Demon Realm, and Ain sent an offshoot of himself to guide them through the void labyrinth. They cannot remember him permanently, so he stalks them from a distance and helps them fight Rosso as some kind of silent guardian.

Shinki/God: God, Hades

His new power will be crystallization, which lets him convert inorganic matter into gemstones/crystals of the appropriate element. If used on organic matter (corpses, dying plants or animals) it will convert them to various forms of carbon depending on what it is (coal for plants etc). This will not be used on living humans or PCs.

He will be gone from Jan 11 to Jan 13 ICly and be back in time for the new event. Due to the strangeness of his personality, I would like him to have a soulless shinki first and be out of the shuffling for August and September.

This is the canon point I should have apped her from, but I misjudged initially, so I apologize for doing this so early. If possible I'd like to have her update occur ICly before the intro log for December. Let me know if there's any issue here.

New Form: The fireballs I gave her as an initial vessel power are going to turn into more general fire manipulation, letting her simulate her artes but also tap a bit into Hecate's domains. She'll initially be thinking only of offense but will probably develop a variety of techniques down the line, mad scientist that she is, and she'll have to work up to using her power to simulate her highest-end stuff. I mostly intend her to go for big, flashy offensive abilities, and eventually defensive things - a fire barrier, perhaps. I'll try to keep the firebug tendencies to a minimum, but she's definitely not above arson if it'd suit her goals in a pinch. Rita still won't have her proper combat powers or support skills, pending my saving up EXP- er, followers now, for her bodhi blastia. Sorry, I made a few bad design choices when I apped originally, I'm gonna try a different idea here. Rita's named by one god (Tsubasa) who I've already informed I'm switching.

She'll crash unusually hard after the beach episode, on everyone's return on the 10th, and nap for a couple days; she'll be ready again on the 12th.

New Form: Power buffing/debuffing. Waver is capable of one buff and one debuff on whatever targets chosen for these status effects and for whatever parameter wished to enhance/decrease. That means him, his allies, his enemies, or random objects like that bridge over there. The power is conceptual, meaning things other than your standard RPG parameters can be covered if it can be enhanced or decreased. He can increase his own strength… but for example, Waver can also buff the rate of rusting of the steel supports in that bridge, causing it to collapse, or debuff a curse inflicted on an ally, helping to save their life, or even affect something as abstract as courage. The applications of this power are diverse and its effectiveness and power will increase with wisdom.

But there are drawbacks. The applications are tricky, as Waver can only give one buff and debuff and that’s it for a day when he releases it. There's a time limit of use - one hour. As well, the power used recklessly and unwisely will bite him in the ass eventually; there’s always the chance that choosing the wrong buff and debuff won’t help a situation… or make it so much worse, after all.

... as I mentioned before in my app, I'd bring details of his second Noble Phantasm to attention of the mods if we ever learned what it was! Well, we did!

Chu Shi Biao – at rank EX, it’s an Anti-Army Noble Phantasm that doesn’t work against the enemy but works with the self and the allies of the Caster, to grant a thing (generally abilities) to the designated target that the situation requires. The power of this Noble Phantasm is dependent on the severity of the situation and escalates as things get worse; in peaceful times, the boons it grants is weak, while in a dire world ending crisis, what it gifts is extremely powerful.

(In Lady Reines Case Files Event, it grants Reines and Luvia Saint Graphs so they can be summoned as Pseudo-Servants, and for Gray, allows her to be summoned as a full Servant.)

Now I'm not expecting anything to go world ending or even half that extreme, so that keeps the NP in check and keeps things from going crazy, but it can be further nerfed if the mods prefer. EX ranked Noble Phantasms tend to require a lot of mana, and it's slim pickings in TFS without a Master after all.

I would like the update to hopefully happen at the end of May, beginnings of June please (I'm aware it's a bit of a range, but life is hectic for a lot of players right now, including Iskandar's player, so a bit of flexibility for everyone helps.)

And I have a few questions about what's possible with the update, just for planning purposes:

1) Is it possible for Waver to just nap through the update, instead of poofing from the game and returning?

2) Is it possible, no matter the answer to number one, for Waver to wake in Iskandar's temple instead of his own?

3) What are the rules around having a joint temple? Can that happen right away with the update (which kinda ties it into 2) or is that something that needs to be officially applied for with the Heavens?

As for the questions:
1.) No, he would have to depart from the game as a shinki (either through vanishing or IC death) and return with the fanfare of a new god arriving in the Far Shore. Either way, he would still need to depart as one to return as the other. By canon updating instead of dying to ascend to godhood, he does have the option of retaining his game memories as a shinki. More information about that can be found here.
2.) No, even as a new god his ties would be to his own temple, especially with arriving as a new god. He would show up going through the same steps as any newly arrived god. While his arrival does not need to wait until the next Intro log, he would be included in the new gods being introduced in the next arrival cycle.
3.) Joint Temples are not something that can happen in the Far Shore as each god has their own distinct divinity and rule. The closest you could arrange would be temples next to one another but they would each need to have their own separate physical structures and temple grounds.

Cause of Death: Yaone is slain during battle with Hakkai while defending her brainwashed lord against the Sanzo Party's assault. He disarms her and stabs her with her own spear, hitting a major artery, causing her to bleed out in minutes.

Name Location: On her right shoulder.
Power: Medical Intuition - Yaone's power is to impart intuitive medical knowledge to her god. As long as she's in vessel form, her god will innately know how to treat others' injuries and create medicines without needing to study beforehand. Her god will also be able to tell what substances in their immediate environment are poisonous or safe to ingest. They'll also have the know-how to make explosives and poisons. Basically, Yaone's power is to instantaneously transfer her own medical training and knowledge to her god. After she reverts back to shinki form, all of that innate knowledge training fades rapidly and is quickly forgotten as it'd never truly been theirs to begin with.

I don't have a set date for her to return in mind other than sometime in June.
