Shinki/God: God. He'll be Xihe, Chinese goddess of the Sun.
New Form: Blood Manipulation: Izumo is capable of manipulating blood, limited to his own, and can use his blood to form weapons, as a shield, and can use his blood to heal himself. The only downside is that since it is his own blood he's using, there's a chance of him of growing tired easily if he uses this too much.

If it is possible, I'd like for Izumo to disappear ICly on the 20th of September and return on the IC date of September 24th.

Just a quick question! If Undertaker is going to become a god he's going to have a god power. Did you have one in mind that you can run by us for approval as well?

Aaah, yes, sorry! I'd like him to keep the same power that he had as a shinki, if possible:

Revivification. This power can enable the user to revive the dead, as Undertaker himself tried to do in his own world, but those revived can only remember the things and people that were the most important to them in life and what happened in the moments before their demise. They may not be able to remember how these events/people were important to them. It will not work on those whose bodies have already shown signs of decay, even if the rot is only mild. It can only be used on people and animals, nothing inorganic or plantlike in nature, and is limited to affect NPCs in the game.

New Canon Point: End of Symphogear AXZ. Other than character changes, there's a few changes to her powers as listed on her app: First, it's stated that Airgetlam has a passive ability to increase Maria's sync rate with training (described as control of energy vectors - i.e. it innately works to relieve the Gear's stress on Maria as she's using it). This means that her training in-game to this point and onwards would have improved her ability to use her Gear - not to the point of a fully attuned user, but enough that she will be able to use it for slightly longer periods without suffering major damage. It's also shown and stated that the desire to protect someone increases the ability of the Gear to be maintained even in non-attuned users. Secondly, though it is vague, it appears the Ignite Module upgrade was destroyed at the end of AXZ. I will be refraining from having her use it until a new season either confirms or denies this.

There are some significant changes to his appearance/abilities tho, so to go over the major stuff in brief so it doesn't look like I'm just pulling stuff out of my ass:

• His weird unnamed time travel disease progressed to the point where it (should have) killed him. Instead, using a combination of his timespace-distorting technology and his inhuman capacity for spite, he was able to "deconstruct [himself] to a molecular level then tie his very being to the essence of Time and Space". As a result of this he is no longer "alive" in a traditional sense and is basically immortal. However, his new body is extremely unstable and relies heavily on Dynamo's assistance to hold itself together. While he cannot "die", he can still have his physical body damaged/destroyed to the point where it would count as a death and the setting would revive him (especially if he's separated from Dynamo or loses the will/energy to keep himself together properly).
  
• He can change his physical age at will, anywhere from childhood to his "true" adult form before he stopped aging.
  
• He has some sort of vague memory-related abilities connected to a fragment he apparently found while dicking around in timespace. It's a crystal that contains one of his happy memories. He uses it to cause mass hallucinations and psychological distress. His ultimate skill is literally showing off his sad and tragic past to his enemies until they die I can't make this up.

Add will be going into a coma for the update sometime late May.

We do have a few caveats, since this canon update comes with additional powers:

• First, with regards to his body being tied to the essence of Time and Space, the functional immortality/instability with vulnerability to destruction is fine, but he would still experience the same issues with any attempt to escape the TFS-verse dimension. (So, in other words, like his previous body, this one would also disintegrate if he tried to travel back to his home or anyone else's.)
• Second, it sounds like the memory-related abilities you're talking about would involve Add's own personal memories and not anyone else's, but as a mind-affecting power this should still have a permissions post.

The first I assumed to be the case, but I forgot to mention it so that's perfectly fine!

Regarding his memory-related powers, from my understanding of the canon it's a specific memory tied to a crystal he keeps on his person, obtained from some sort of Magic Memory Crystal Dimension that apparently exists because reasons. I've tossed around some ideas before about the possibility of him tapping into a similar dimension within TFS for a plot/event, but something like that would 100% be a mod approval limited-time-offer kind of deal anyway so as it stands it's just the one memory. As for the mental attack, I'm not expecting to use it frequently enough (if like... ever) to have a need for a permissions post, honestly. It's an attack that takes a lot of energy for him to use and involves a very personal memory he wouldn't be eager to throw at people when he has other options. If it does ever come up it'll probably be heavily planned. I'll definitely be asking players in advance if I do ever decide to make use of it, but since it's ultimately a very small and rarely used part of his powerset I don't see much point in making a permissions post for something that's never going to be sprung on anyone unexpectedly.

Gotcha -- we weren't clear on how much he was likely to make use of that power. If it's something that's only likely to come up in specific pre-plotted scenarios, then there's no need to have a permissions post for it.
