It's completely trashed much to the dismay of the fisherman that visits often. After having his fish saved he doesn't want the island to lose Forseti's blessing. It's too much work for one old man to handle. His granddaughter, that has come all the way from Japan to visit, suggests making a tanabata wish and to hang it up in the temple. So, with his granddaughter's help, he wishes for the temple to be cleaned up back to it's respectable state.
