#30 doesn't explicitly require mod-run NPC participation for all of the threads, since we tried to answer some of the questions on the event post. (For example, some people may want to play out talking to NPCs that aren't being particularly forthcoming, or following them before speaking to them, etc.) The same is true for #27; some people may have gotten enough details during the event to feel like they could NPC some of the store employee interactions. We can provide some additional details so as not to require a mod-run NPC in these circumstances.
