Are you waiting on the NPC or a player? Because as explained above, we were not expecting the NPC to tag in until the item was discovered. If you've been waiting on the NPC, I am very sorry about that.

That being said, for "forward momentum", yes we would need to feel reasonably certain the item would actually be found. At the point of them splitting up, I can't really agree the thread has hit that point.
