According to whatever I was reading at the time, I only saw the 13+ age of consent and didn't realize it was a little more complicated than that. That being said, I was mostly giving permission for characters 16+ to be played in a sexual situation.
So I'd definitely revise the policy so that characters must be 16+ and players must be 18+ in order to play out sexual scenarios. I'll go about updating the FAQ to reflect this as well as soon as I can.
