tacking onto this question about names because I've been playing Saïx as not knowing any other name from his past, would he remember his name was Isa before it was Saïx? Since he didn't get the name Saïx until after he lost his heart ad became a Nobody, and is thus technically not Isa anymore but Isa's Nobody - would he know the name Isa or not?

edit: sorry, revisiting this now before you've had the chance to answer, but the more I think about this, the more of a concern it is. If he knew the name Isa belonged to him without getting it through a memory regain, I feel like it would lead to too many questions about his past self. Why did he change his name? Why did he change it to that? and so on. This could be a problem for other characters that have had to change their name to something different enough from their original name at some point in canon. In cases where it's just a shortening of their name like Harold to Harry or something similar, it makes sense that they'd remember both without questioning it. But when it's names like Isa to Saïx or Gailardia Galan Gardios to Guy Cecil or any number of other characters with multiple names in canon, it's a bit off that they wouldn't get caught in the curiosity spiral of learning about their past lives because of that knowledge.
