Hey! So, I'm hoping to app this character (as a god, with most of his memories), but I have a question regarding canon point.
It's a foregone conclusion that my character is going to die (he's a historical fiction-alized version of a historical person, and also the canon literally opens with a scene of his death before flashing back to an earlier point and starting from there). However, the manga is ongoing, so while we're getting pretty close to the point when he'll die, technically we're not there yet, and the author could hypothetically throw me some kind of weird curveball in the couple of months of life he has left.
I would like to have "after his death" be his canon point, if possible, but until the series wraps up, the last couple of months of that time aren't written in stone yet (besides the death itself). Would it be possible to apply him from after his canon death, and to just say he has fuzzy or missing memories of the last several weeks or months, or would I need to app him from the most recent chapters and canon update later or something?
