Hello moddlies, I have a question about appable characters!

I've seen that Touken Ranbu characters are accepted here, and based on my (admittedly) limited knowledge of the canon, I was wondering if this fellow here would also be considered appable. While Artorias has no dialogue (outside of cut content), his motives and lore can be found within a number of item descriptions, the things other characters say about him, as well as his own actions leading up to his death.

Would he be alright to app?
