Just a question regarding the 'cause of death' section on the apps; for characters with not only no defined death, but a canon point that for all rights and purposes has no way of providing a quick curveball in that direction, can a slight au of sorts be employed?

To clarify, it would be adding just enough history beyond their canon to provide a probable cause of death that doesn't involve having to go the route of 'and then they choked on a hotdog' or similar.
