Anything that is consistently on his person would be allowed to come in with him. So anything that might be worn or in pockets, for example, are allowed to enter. As for the holograms, it would be best that they revert to the simple Solid Vision rather than actually summoning anything of solid mass.
The zooming/heat signature addition would be perfectly acceptable as well!
