The plastic appears to be similar (perhaps identical?) in each of the talismans, and the dyes commercial and common. It seems to be a type of plastic similar to that used for dice. However, the casting appears to be very much a "homemade" job -- it's messy and uneven, and it's unlikely that it was manufactured with professional equipment or by experienced manufacturers. The paper seems to be a much more distinctive and unique clue than the plastic.
