This is specific to Umbra but would also apply to other shinki spells, but can a shinki cast a spell on themself?

Also can multiple shinki spells be cast by the same person at once? For example, Ginia wants to cast Umbra on two other people. If possible, I presume duration and effectiveness would come down to shinki strength/experience plus mindset/focus?
