For the local nekomata population, since I'm unfamiliar with the event they were a part of besides word of mouth, would they have the traditional abilities listed in, like, wikipedia?

The examples in there are: shapeshifting into humans, shapeshifting into large monster cats, poltergeist activities (aka moving shit around that shouldn't be moved), necromancy, conjuring strange fires, and walking on two legs.

...Mostly I'm interested in the "shapeshifting into people" part, to understand how much Chikusa will be harassed.
