For shinki forms, ammunition would be part of the shinki form, so it's unlimited while the god is using that shinki's vessel form. (For instance, a shinki who turned into a gun wouldn't need to be reloaded. A shinki who turned into a bow and quiver wouldn't run out of arrows.)
For real weapons, the character will need to obtain real ammunition. The "Near Shore" is modern-day Japan, and characters can travel to other countries if they want to in order to access weapons or ammunition that wouldn't be easily available in Japan. You're free to handwave buying ammunition or having your character's god buy ammunition for their weaponry.
Physical weapons that require ammunition/power packs/etc that would NOT be available in a modern setting, such as blasters, phasers, or similar, would only have the charge/ammo they came with unless a character is technologically savvy enough to make their own or gets them via the regain mechanic.
