I'm afraid that the 'soul burial' and similar techniques for Bleach and other worlds' shinigami won't work in the Noragami world.

They can try their technique on a wandering soul, but nothing will happen. This 'underworld' and system of souls is not their home system, so it just won't work. Sorry!
