For anime/TV shows, a full season must be out. For anything else (movies, video games, etc), the material must have been publicly available for at least a month. If you can read the original language source material, then we would go by that release date, otherwise it would be by the English release date.

Spoiler warnings for other players are certainly appreciated, but not required!
