Heaven's BBS does need to be accessed by a heaven-given device. (Sorry, Jay!)

Heaven's devices use identity 'magic' as part of the login process, so it won't be possible to access it from any other non-heaven device. (It would be possible to use another character's heaven-given device to log into the BBS, but only under his own identity.)

He would of course still be able to access real-world-based social media though, if he wants.
